To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please carefully review the following guidelines:
I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for every client. To ensure a positive experience, I ask that all interactions during your appointment are respectful and considerate. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, as it undermines the sense of safety and trust I aim to create. By choosing to book, you agree to uphold these standards, helping me maintain a space where everyone feels valued and comfortable. Location: We are located a convenient 12-minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. The full address will be provided upon payment of your deposit.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Rescheduling/Changes: Please note that once your appointment is booked, it cannot be changed or rescheduled.
Price: Price is non-negotiable.
Hair Preparation Policy
To ensure the best possible results and a smooth appointment, please adhere to the following hair preparation guidelines. Please arrive with clean, product-free hair. Avoid using heavy products. This can make the hair slippery and harder to braid.
Washing and Drying: Clients must arrive with their hair freshly washed and either blow-dried straight or thoroughly combed out to remove tangles.
Failure to Prepare: If your hair is not properly prepared upon arrival, a £10–£20 fee will be applied to cover the additional time and effort required. In cases where the hair is significantly unprepared, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
Hair Length: Please ensure your hair is at least 5 inches long for the intended style.
Hair Inclusion and Drop-Off Policy
Hair Included: Hair can be included in the price of your service. Please inquire about pricing via direct message (DM).
Pre-Stretched Hair: We exclusively use pre-stretched xpression hair.
Hair Drop-Off: If you are providing your own hair and it is *not* pre-stretched expressions, it must be dropped off 3 days prior to your appointment. An additional £10 fee will be applied for the preparation service.
Important Considerations for Braiding
Please be aware that braiding can sometimes cause discomfort or tightness on the scalp. While we take every precaution to minimize discomfort, we cannot guarantee a completely pain-free experience.
Child Policy
We are happy to offer hair services for children. Please ensure that any child is comfortable and able to sit for the duration of the appointment.
Style Selection
The style you have selected at the time of booking is final. We are unable to accommodate changes to the style on the day of your appointment.
Lateness Policy
Punctuality is greatly appreciated. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain our schedule, please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10-15 minutes will be allowed. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in extra fee/cancellation of your appointment.
